4th Platform Cloud Complete

Once a Customer’s email function has been migrated to Office 365, 4th Platform Cloud Complete provides a comprehensive support service for all aspects of the management of the email function.

Included in the 4th Platform Cloud Complete service: 

  • Remote support for the Office 365 email service, including:
    • Management of the email service
    • New user setup, amending existing users
    • Modification of email and calendar permissions
    • Remote support for connection of compatible devices (iOS, Android, Windows Phone) to Office 365
    • Remote telephone support

What is not included in the 4th Platform Cloud Complete service (although can be provided as an additional service):

  • Specialist application support
  • Third party service support
  • General desktop support
  • Connectivity issues that are related to ISP (Internet Service Provider) / Internet connectivity, or due to PC issues, such as a corrupt user profile, malware infection, etc.
  • Upgrade of customer computers to meet minimum supported client requirements
  • Print related issues
  • Onsite support
