Included in the 4th Platform Cloud Complete service:
- Remote support for the Office 365 email service, including:
- Management of the email service
- New user setup, amending existing users
- Modification of email and calendar permissions
- Remote support for connection of compatible devices (iOS, Android, Windows Phone) to Office 365
- Remote telephone support
What is not included in the 4th Platform Cloud Complete service (although can be provided as an additional service):
- Specialist application support
- Third party service support
- General desktop support
- Connectivity issues that are related to ISP (Internet Service Provider) / Internet connectivity, or due to PC issues, such as a corrupt user profile, malware infection, etc.
- Upgrade of customer computers to meet minimum supported client requirements
- Print related issues
- Onsite support
