In addition to the cover provided by 4th Platform Cloud Complete, 4th Platform Desktop Complete gives users the following:
- Telephone and remote support
- Microsoft Windows operating systems support in combination with the Microsoft Support Lifecycle
- Microsoft application support defined as the Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Visio
- Printing troubleshooting and support
- General remote network troubleshooting
What is not included in the 4th Platform Desktop Complete service (although can be provided as an additional service):
- Specialist application support
- Third party service support
