4th Platform Desktop Support provides Customers with a comprehensive desktop support service for Customers’ Microsoft operating system and application environment. With 4th Platform Desktop Support, Customers know that they can contact the 4th Platform Helpdesk with any PC related issue.
Included in the 4th Platform Desktop Support service:
- Telephone and Remote support
- Microsoft Windows operating systems in combination with the Microsoft Support Lifecycle
- Microsoft application support defined as the Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Visio
- Printing troubleshooting and support
- General remote troubleshooting support
The following is not included in the 4th Platform Desktop Support service (although can be provided as an additional service):
- Specialist application support
- Third party service support
- Onsite support
